Most treatments require no special preparation. I recommend arriving without make-up for facial treatments. For body treatments, wear comfortable clothing and stay well hydrated the day before.
Sessions last between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the chosen treatment. I always confirm the exact duration at the time of booking so you can plan your day.
It depends on the treatment and each person's goals. Some treatments show visible results from the first session. For radiofrequency or drainage protocols, I generally recommend a cycle of 4 to 6 sessions.
I ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that unexpected things happen — just let me know as early as possible.

Facial radiofrequency uses electromagnetic energy to heat the deep layers of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. The result is firmer skin, with fewer expression lines and a rejuvenated appearance. It is painless, non-invasive and requires no recovery time. I recommend cycles of 4 to 6 sessions for lasting results.
Lymphatic drainage does not directly cause weight loss, but it reduces fluid retention and improves lymphatic circulation, which can result in reduced measurements and a less bloated appearance. It is especially effective for reducing oedema, water cellulite and the sensation of heavy legs. It works very well alongside a nutritional plan and physical exercise.
For normal to combination skin, I recommend a skin cleanse every 4 to 6 weeks. Oily or acne-prone skin may benefit from more frequent sessions. At the first consultation we will assess together the ideal protocol for your skin type and goals.
